Our human resources structure
HANGING INC. micro vegetable production factory has approximately 4-10 employees, including a production supervisor, cultivation workers, packaging workers, sales and distribution personnel, as well as administrative support staff.
All positions are required to undergo HACCP food safety training, recycling equipment operation training, and quality control standard operating procedures (SOP) training to ensure stable production capacity throughout the year.
Overall target from July to December 2025: A total of 17 employees, including 2 local employees and 15 part-time employees.
Local Jobs: 2 local jobs (40 hours per week)
Part-time positions:
- 10 curtain bedding salespeople (commission commission system defines income)
- 1 curtain installer (defined by workload)
- 1 graphic designer (20 hours per week)
- 1 Warehousing/Logistics Assistant (20 hours per week)
- 1 nail and eyelash technician (by appointment only, increase cash flow)
- 1 pet supplies salesperson (commission commission system defines income)
